If you want to take in a movie, you can choose from three movie theatres: Farmington's Maple Valley Showplace Four, Park Hills' Kerasotes Flat River Movies, and Festus 8 Cine.
Skating enthusiasts will enjoy both the Farmington Skate Park and the Roller Zone Indoor Rink.
Shopping can be found either at Farmington’s Maple Valley Shopping Center or visit Farmington’s specialty shops located in the Downtown area and at the newly renovated Factory.
Bowling can be enjoyed at one of three centers in the area: The Farmington Family Fun Center, Bonne Terre Bowl, and Fredericktown's Lucky B Lanes.
In addition to commercial recreation, Farmington City offers a Community Recreation Center, Water Park and Performing Arts Center.
Farmington is fortunate to have Three Golf courses within miles of each other and several others in the surrounding counties. Locally, the public can enjoy Eagle Lake Championship course, Hurryville Golf course, and night golf at Farmington’s newest course Pallo’s Golf course.
